Vice President

Mr. Al Othman is an owner & Vice Chairman of Al Othman Holding Company (“AOH”), a family owned business with a well-recognized and respected presence in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region that has many subsidiaries. He has held several positions during his career starting as a commercial manager from 1995 until 1997 in Al Othman Agriculture Production and Processing Company (NADA), which is one of the leading producers, manufacturers and distributors of fresh dairy, fresh juice and long life milk and juice products. He was promoted to Operations Manager of the company for another two years during which he improved the operational systems, processes and policies of the company. His strong management skills were recognized when he was later promoted as general manager of Nada. In 2001, he was appointed as the President of System Strategic Business Solutions (SSBS), one of AOH subsidiaries, as well being appointed as Vice Chairman of AOH. Later he was appointed as the President of Al Othman Industrial Marketing (IMCO) in 2003, United Steel Grating (currently Tazez Advanced Industrial Factory) and Clean Environment Technology (subsidiaries of AOH). In addition to his numerous commitments in AOH, he joined Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Company, Walaa (a Saudi Joint Stock Co.) as Vice Chairman & Board member. In 2010, he was appointed as the Chairman of Takween Advanced Industries (a Saudi Joint Stock Co.). He was a board member in Amity , and he is currently a board member in Roots Group Arabia, Kingdom real-estate development committee as well as International food services company (IFS).

Mr. Al Othman completed his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, in 1995.
